I believe that the world needs great coaches, ethical coaches, coaches who roll their sleeves up and who do the work for their clients, coaches who know their stuff.   A great coach can help their clients collapse timeframes and make the seemingly impossible happen fast.

I’ve been coaching since 1991 and I’ve been coaching coaches since 1999 and what I know for sure is that confident coaches become successful coaches and all too often coaches are either just right or just left of their sweet spot and this causes problems.

A coach standing firming inside her true sweet spot is a true force and success is inevitable.

Coaching your clients should feel like the easiest thing you’ll ever do and if it’s not you’re not in your sweet spot.

You should have ideas for content pouring out of you every single day and if you don’t…you’re not in your sweet spot.

You should be attracting the perfect clients into your business with ease, if you’re not, you’re not in your sweet spot.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

We work both privately and as a group.

Each participant has one private coaching all every single week.

Each participant has access to me in between coaching sessions, usually on a daily basis Monday through Friday.

Each participant receives complete access to any group program I run while they’re a member of the inner circle.

I will personally project manage any launches i.e.:

If a sales page needs to be built, I will build it.

If a membership site needs to be built, I will build it.

If a funnel needs to be built, I will build it.

If a website needs to be built, I will build it.

I BELIEVE THAT ANY SUCCESSFUL COACHING BUSINESS REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 3 DIFFERENT REVENUE STREAMS THAT ARE A MIX OF:

A high-ticket group program.

A high-ticket coaching package.

Online group programs.

Evergreen programs.

Some sort of automated and recurring revenue stream from something like an ongoing membership program.

I also believe that coaches need to be putting themselves out there in a big way to create a name for themselves and that means things like speaking and hosting online events.
